For over a decade the picturesque ski resort in the Quebec has hosted an Ironman triathlon like no other. Renowned as one of the world’s “best” long-distance races, Ironman Mont-Tremblant helped the region become a summer training haven.
Earlier this month it was announced that this would be the final Ironman Mont-Tremblant event. The popular Ironman 70.3 Mont-Tremblant event will remain a fixture on the calendar, though, which means triathletes can still look forward to racing at the spectacular venue.
