Lea Riccoboni, the winner of the women’s 30-34 category, was the day’s fastest age group athlete, in 9:54:07. Her splits were 55:54/ 5:40:46/ 3:11:27. She grew up in Bourg d’Oisans, near Alpe d’Huez, so it’s hardly a surprise that she would excel on the hilly course in Nice. Riccoboni moved to South America in 2018 and now lives in Chile.
