Jay Prasuhn has been on of the sport’s leading journalists for over two decades. A long-time member of the Triathlete Magazine staff, he went on to become an integral part of Lava Magazine as a prolific senior editor, providing lots of written and photographic content.
“He’s had a front row seat to many of the sports biggest moments,” says Phil Wrochna. “Jay is a legitimate badass in the world of writing, so we picked his brain on all things tri and more!”
Prasuhn has another thing going for him – he’s married to Canadian pro triathlete Donna Phelan!
